Featuring extensive underfloor heating benefits, ScreedBoard 20 dry screed boards have the lowest thermal resistance when compared to the most common floor finishes chipboards & wet screed). Low thermal resistance allows ground water heat pumps and heat recovery systems to work efficiently to provide significant cost savings for the consumer. 

ScreedBoard 20 floorboards accept ceramic tiles and do not contract or expand when exposed to water.
