The high performance dry screed overlay. 20mm thick overall comprising two 10mm fermacell boards. For levelling uneven solid masonry or timber floors, fermacell dry levelling compound is poured and levelled over the uneven floor.  fermacell 2 E 11 flooring overlay is then laid over the compound to provide a stable floor, over which most floor finishes can be installed.
